Introducing a new Monday morning offering that is more than a yoga class, it’s a soul’s calling for women who are craving stillness, softness and a reset before the week fully takes hold.

We begin by sipping tea mindfully, setting intentions together as we ease into the space. Assorted herbal teas will be provided and you are welcome to bring your own cup as part of the ritual.
🌸 What Is Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to gently soften rather than stretch or force. In this practice, we focus on the deeper connective tissues hips, spine, pelvis, and heart space — where stress and emotion are often stored.
My Yin classes are guided with care, intuition and nervous system healing. Movements are supported and deeply grounding. You’re encouraged to listen inward and rest without performance or expectation.
This is not about flexibility.
This is about feeling safe enough to soften.

This practice centers around the heart the space of compassion, self-love, emotional balance and connection.
